Every Saturday around 2pm we offer "The Saturday Special" where Pit Boss Tom smokes something that is not normally on the menu.
Like: Cabrito, Lamb, Beef Ribs, Wings, Tri Tip, Thick Cut Pork Chops, Rib Roast, Pork Belly, Rabbit, Frito Pie, Barbacoa, Mechoui, Duck, Wagyu, etc.
